負責企業客戶的AI就緒度診斷、轉型方案設計與項目落地跟進。

Lead AI readiness assessments, solution design and delivery for enterprise clients.

  • 為企業客戶進行 AI 就緒度評估，輸出診斷報告與轉型路線圖Assess enterprise AI readiness; deliver diagnostic reports and transformation roadmaps
  • 設計 AI 轉型方案，協調技術與業務團隊推動落地執行Design AI transformation plans and coordinate tech/business teams for delivery

  • 主導品牌診斷與定位，搭建完整的品牌價值體系Lead brand diagnosis and positioning; build a coherent brand value system
  • 制定市場進入策略與 IP 商業化落地方案Develop market-entry strategies and IP monetisation plans
  • 對接設計與內容團隊，確保品牌落地的一致性Coordinate design and content teams to keep brand execution consistent

  • 將 AI 能力（大模型、自動化流程等）集成到客戶項目Integrate AI capabilities (LLMs, automation) into client projects
